Presentations from the RCN and Global Carbon Project working group meeting on Urban Metabolism & Environmental Footpinting that took place on March 25-27, 2015

The RCN Global Carbon Project work group reviewed data sources and initial coordination efforts regarding data/methods collection from global cities. This effort focused on urban metabolism and foot printing with data issues of metrics, comparisons and city typology.

Dr. John E. Fernández of MIT is the Director of the Building Technology Program and Director of the Urban Metabolism Group. His presentation was on Urban Resource Consumption Typologies, which can be found below.


Dr. Marian Chertow of Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. Her presentation covered Urban Typologies.
